Information We Process

When you comment on a DaDam post, send a direct message, or interact with our public social pages, we may process your public profile name, Instagram or Facebook user identifier, message text, comment text, timestamps, and related conversation context provided by Meta APIs.

We do not ask for bank cards, passwords, private marketplace credentials, or sensitive personal documents in Instagram comments or direct messages.

How We Use It

We use this information to reply to comments and direct messages, provide information about DaDam, protect the account from spam or abuse, keep operational logs, and improve public communication about the product.

Automated replies are limited to the conversation started by the user. DaDam does not use Instagram direct messages for hidden mass outreach.

Storage And Security

Conversation and comment logs may be stored in the protected service runtime used to operate the account. Access is limited to authorized administrators and service operators.

We keep only the information needed for support, audit, safety, and product communication.

Sharing

We do not sell Instagram or Facebook interaction data. Data may be processed by service providers needed to run DaDam, hosting, analytics, and AI response workflows.

Meta may independently process information under its own terms and policies.

Your Choices

You can delete your own Instagram comments or messages in Instagram. You can also request deletion of DaDam-side interaction logs by following the data deletion instructions linked below.
